Heck yes. in Colorado, you must use the PA with only a loose ball or conical hoof not a soccer ball. Sites … none of fiber. in other states, it varies. I think most will be restrictions on the type of sites. 209 of them can, I think. Check with your state DNR to be sure. luck.
